I am a devotee of all things spiritual, ritual and mystical. Spiritual in the traditional sense, probably not. Spiritual in the new age sense, also probably not.

My take on the spiritual and mystical is my own and is something that I have been developing for years. Through immersive practices such as yoga and Qigong, to womb massage, to human design, to actually living and working in the real world, I know that living a meaningful life comes in many shapes and forms.

I am a devotee to alchemy and know that we all have the potential to live a bright and exciting life that is fuelled by our passions and desire for curiosity.
